摘要: Nowadays, mobile devices demand multimedia services such as video communications due to the advances in systems (such us 4G) and integration of cameras into devices. However, these have some limitations computing power, resources complexity constraints for performing complex algorithms. For this reason, order establish a between devices, it is necessary use low encoding techniques. In traditional codecs H.264/AVC (ISO/IEC, 2003)) requirements not been met because more at encoder side. Then, based on imply penalty terms Rate – Distortion (RD). Distributed Video Coding (DVC) (Girod et al., 2005), particularly Wyner-Ziv (WZ) coding (Aaron 2002), provides novel paradigm where reduced by shifting decoder (Brites 2008). Taking account benefits both paradigms, recently WZ H.26X transcoders proposed community support mobile-to-mobile communications. The transcoding framework scheme transmitter receiver execute lower algorithms majority computation moved network transcoder allocated. This thus assumed transcoder, which has no battery limitations. Nevertheless, real time perform conversion from with short delay, then process must be executed efficiently possible.
