According disclosed invention, serve detection material, are easy sample, non-traumatic convenient preserve can be repeatedly sampled, steps conventional simplified optimized, various components in used do not influence with one another, effect good, accuracy high, false positive condition difficultly caused, misjudgment avoided much possible process.
