Purification of a human liver cytochrome P-450 immunochemically related to several cytochromes P-450 purified from untreated rats.

摘要: Among characterized forms of liver microsomal cytochromes P-450 in rats are four related isozymes (P-450f-i) notable for their lack inducibility. Immunoblot analyses demonstrated that human livers microsomes contained several proteins to these rat P-450s. A P-450, termed HLx, was purified and found by immunochemical assays resemble P-450g. Analysis the NH2-terminal amino acid sequence HLx indicates it is P-450s f-i P-450MP. monoclonal antibody used measure amounts 21 specimens. No correlation between levels protein specimens patients' environmental histories observed. However, statistical analysis data suggests distribution at least bimodal. We conclude a member family resembles its structure, possibly distribution, other animals.
