摘要: Our previous studies have shown that CNP-NPR-B/pGC-cGMP is upregulated in the diabetic rats. The present study was designed to determine whether upregulation of signal pathway affects cGMP-PDE3-cAMP gastric smooth muscle. muscle motility observed by using isometric measurement. PDEs expressions tissue were immunohistochemistry, Western blotting, and RT-PCR methods. results demonstrated inhibitory effect CNP on spontaneous contraction antral circular potentiated STZ-induced rat. CNP-induced increase cGMP cAMP much higher than controls. expression PDE3 downregulated while levels gene PDE1, PDE2, PDE4, PDE5 not altered tissue. suggest sensitivity via activation CNP-pGC-cGMP-PDE3-cAMP rats, which may be associated with diabetes-induced disorder.
