摘要: AIM: To investigate the effect of natriuretic peptides on gastric motility in various animals, and C-type peptide (CNP) spontaneous contraction smooth muscle rat, guinea-pig human vitro was compared. METHODS: Spontaneous recorded by four channel physiograph. RESULTS: In rat antral circular muscle, CNP markedly decreased amplitude but it didn’t affect frequency, however, contractile activity completely inhibited longitudinal muscle. musle, contraction. fundus, obviously fundus longitudinal. body, at first induced a relaxation then an increase (rebound contraction), frequency not changed. After body pretreated with atropine, M receptor blocker, rebound abolished; transient slight successively followed recovery also frequency. replaced long term complete inhibition; The percentage CNP-induced inhibition 76.77% ± 6.21% (fundus), 67.21% 5.32% (body) 58.23% (antral) inhibitory 100% 0.00% 68.66% 3.55% (antrum) guinea-pigs; 95.87% 4.12% 94.91% 5.08% 66.32% 7.32% Using LY83583, guanylate cyclase inhibitor, zaparinast as phosphoesterase inhibitor to inhibit generation cGMP, weakened enhanced zaparinast. CONCLUSION: (1) can human. order potency is > guinea-pig. (2) same most powerful weakest antrum, position, more than that (3) mediated cGMP dependent pathway.
