摘要: The aim of the study was to analyze chemical composition new artichoke cultivars and hybrids assess their potential health-promoting properties. Polyphenols, carotenoids chlorophylls were identified by liquid chromatography-photodiode detector-mass spectrometry/quadrupole time flight (LC-PDA-MS/QTof) quantified ultra performance detector (UPLC-PDA). Sugar organic acid profiles prepared, antioxidant capacity (ABTS, FRAP ORAC) in vitro antidiabetic (inhibition α-amylase α-glucosidase) anticholinesterase acetylcholinesterase (AChE) butyrylcholinesterase (BuChE)) potentials evaluated. analyses revealed a highly varied content bioactive compounds great significantly depending on cultivar. polyphenolic ranged from 1681.49 (“Sambo”) 3638.91 (“Symphony”) mg/100 g dry weight (DW). “Blanca de Tudela” contained highest amounts (3761.91 DW) exhibited high ABTS ORAC capacity. Inhibition enzymes significant cvs. “Symphony” “Calico”. Additionally, all tested turned out be effective inhibitors neurodegenerative enzymes.
