摘要: In this report, we describe the technique of muscle and nerve sparing latissimus dorsi (LD) flap evaluate outcomes reconstruction various defects with 12 free 2 pedicled LD flaps in 14 patients. The functions at operated nonoperated muscles were evaluated clinically electroneuromyography. All survived completely but one which had a partial necrosis. mean follow-up time was 12.3 months. Adduction extention ranges shoulders same bilaterally all electroneuromyography, no significant difference available statistically between sides. This has advantages thinness, preservation reliability, thus can be good option to other fasciocutaneous surgery. © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Microsurgery, 2012
