摘要: This study aimed to elucidate the roles of both angiotensin II (ANG II) receptors – type 1 (AT1Rs) and 2 (AT2Rs) separately together in influencing hemodynamic effects endogenously produced nitric oxide (NO) during postnatal development. In conscious, chronically instrumented lambs aged ~1 week (8 ± days, N = 8) ~6 weeks (41 8), systolic, diastolic, mean arterial pressure (SAP, DAP, MAP) venous (MVP), renal blood flow (RBF), vascular resistance (RVR) were measured response l‐arginine analog, l‐NAME after pretreatment with either AT1R antagonist, ZD 7155, AT2R PD 123319, or antagonists. The increase SAP, MAP by was not altered ATR antagonist age group. RBF was, however, antagonists an age‐dependent manner, which mediated predominantly through AT2Rs newborn lambs. These findings reveal that there is interaction between renin–angiotensin (RAS) NO pathway regulating but systemic hemodynamics ATRs, whereas appear be important early life.
