摘要: The ICILS Assessment Framework defines computer and information literacy (CIL) as an “individual’s ability to use computers investigate, create, communicate in order participate effectively at home, school, the workplace, community” (Fraillon, Schulz, & Ainley, 2013, p. 18). According framework, CIL comprises two strands, each of which is specified terms a number aspects. strands describe its main purposes: receptive (collecting managing information) productive (producing exchanging information). aspects further articulate processes applied within strand. These are knowing about understanding use, accessing evaluating information, transforming creating sharing using safely securely.
