摘要: An electrochemical analyzer based on a potentiostat/galvanostat (PG004) was developed and applied to perform in situ Pb2+ Cd2+ determination water samples with on-line data transmission, global positioning system (GPS), acquire the geographical coordinate of place being monitored. For this, flow-batch analysis (FBA) thermostated flow cell (EFC) coupled boron-doped diamond electrode (BDD) were measure these ions by employing square-wave anodic stripping voltammetry (SWASV). To study analysis, mainly for temperature variation, PG004 evaluated limits detection 0.08 μg L−1 0.18 L−1, respectively, simultaneous analysis. Then, used analytes lake samples, voltammograms good resolution low noise obtained. Recoveries ranged from 93.3% 109%, waste generated as 700 μL per determination. The accuracy method checked certified (NIST), t-unpaired test n = 3, values found close agreement at confidence level 95%. Besides coordinates obtained using GPS receiver, experimental sent via wireless, device solar board renewable energy. proved be useful tool fast, on-line, environmentally friendly analytical method.
