摘要: Azotobacter vinelandii strain UWD formed >2 mg/ml poly-β-hydroxybutyrate (pHB) during exponential growth in media containing ammonium acetate and 1% w/v glucose, fructose, sucrose, or maltose, >1.5 with sodium gluconate glycerol. After exhaustion, pHB formation accompanied carbohydrate utilization rapidly accounted for 53%–70% of the cell mass. Strain also when it was grown 2% corn syrup, cane molasses, beet malt extract. Beet molasses had a stimulatory effect which promoted higher yields pHB/ml high ratio pHB/protein. Malt extract pHB/ml. In this case, no longer subject to repression cells contained This study shows that unrefined carbon sources support were comparable better than those obtained refined sources.
