摘要: Azotobacter vinelandii UWD produced 2.0g/L of cell dry weight including 34.0 wt% poly (hydroxybutyrate-co-hydroxyvalerate) (PHBV) with 7.9mol% hydroxyvalerate (HV) from two-fold diluted swine waste liquor. Supplementation 30 g glucose/L increased to 9.4 g/L 58.3 PHBV and 4.3 mol% HV at a production rate 0.11g PHBV/L-h.
