摘要: Abstract The viscosity of the irradiated target as new parameter was introduced in ion implantation physics organic matter. It experimentally shown that using this one enables to monitor process synthesis thin granular impurity films. As an example, results high-dose Co+ and Ag+ ions viscous epoxy experimenting stages cure (polymerization) are presented. established by TEM mean size, size distributions, form crystalline structure synthesized metal particles depend on both beam parameters target. mechanisms homogeneous nucleation diffusive growth low-viscosity contrast heterogeneous solid polymers discussed. threshold dose is necessary for formation stable phase a medium calculated diffusion equation with continuous Gauss-like source implanting impurity. specificity polymerization influences at intermediate process. preliminary investigation magnetic, optical electrical properties films described well.
