摘要: Interleukin-3 (IL-3) is one of the cytokines that act during early and late stages blood cell formation. To enable study role IL-3 in bovine haemopoietic stem differentiation, polymerase chain reaction was used to amplify an cDNA from first-strand cDNAs prepared RNA isolated 4- 5-hour concanavalin-A-stimulated peripheral lymphocytes (PBL) N'Dama cattle. An analysis sequence reveals it contains a 432-nucleotide (nt) open reading frame which codes for 144 amino acids (aa). Cleavage putative signal peptide consisting first 17 aa yields mature form protein (14.5 kDa). Comparisons with sheep, human mouse sequences show shares 90.7, 55.8 51.9% nt identity, respectively, coding region, 85.4, 35 27.7% respectively.
