Cloning and sequencing of Indian water buffalo (Bubalus bubalis) interleukin-3 cDNA.

摘要: Summary Full-length cDNA (435 bp) of the interleukin-3(IL-3) gene Indian water buffalo was amplified by reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction and sequenced. This sequence had 96% nucleotide identity 92% amino acid with bovine IL-3. There are 10 substitutions in compared that bovine. The IL-3 also showed very high other ruminants, indicating functional cross-reactivity. Structural homology modelling protein human presence five helical structures.
