摘要: AbstractThe expression of the lymphokines GM-CSF and Multi-CSF (IL-3) has been studied in three IL-2-dependent CD4+ T lymphocyte clones. By contrast with widely held view that lymphokine genes are coordinately expressed, present study revealed a marked preference for compared expression. Preferential was evident number situations: early after stimulation via cell antigen receptor; proportion low-producing cells clone; response to IL-2. There clear hierarchy clones studied, each being ranked same order all situations, suggesting common mechanism underlies phenomenon.
