摘要: AbstractThe expression of the lymphokines GM-CSF and Multi-CSF (IL-3) has been studied in three IL-2-dependent CD4+ T lymphocyte clones. By contrast with widely held view that lymphokine genes are coordinately expressed, present study revealed a marked preference for compared expression. Preferential was evident number situations: early after stimulation via cell antigen receptor; proportion low-producing cells clone; response to IL-2. There clear hierarchy clones studied, each being ranked same order all situations, suggesting common mechanism underlies phenomenon. The possibility gene is responsive lower doses intercellular signal than rendered unlikely, since only one clone preferentially expressed at low stimulus.
