摘要: Abstract Cells of the continuous murine hemopoietic cell line FDC-P1 expressing macrophage-colony-stimulating factor (M-CSF) receptors following retroviral insertion c-fms cDNA proliferated clonally when stimulated by granulocyte/macrophage (GM)-CSF, multipotential CSF, or M-CSF. However, M-CSF combined with either GM-CSF multi-CSF, even at low CSF concentrations, strongly inhibited colony formation, loss clonogenicity in affected cells accompanied increased macrophage differentiation. Stimulation these combinations did not induce short-term changes receptor expression internalization. another inserted tyrosine kinase receptor, basic fibroblast growth exhibit suppression was factor. This phenomenon synergistic may have relevance for future clinical use CSFs, because a potentially similar is also observable some normal progenitor cells.
