摘要: Abstract Objective. Human acute myeloid leukemia (AML) cells can proliferate in vitro the absence of added growth factors when cultured at high cell density. Autocrine factor production is a postulated mechanism autonomous growth. We sought to examine this using murine AML cells. Materials and Methods. have utilized Moloney virus (M-MuLV) model investigate nature leukemic Results . Like human AML, M-MuLV-induced displayed unstimulated density cultures.
