摘要: Cholangiocytes, the epithelial cells lining biliary ducts, are target in several liver diseases. Cholangiopathies and cholangiocarcinoma generate interest many scientists since genesis. The developing mechanisms, therapeutic tools of these diseases still undefined. Several studies demonstrate that hormones, neuropeptides neurotransmitters regulate malignant non-malignant cholangiocyte pathophysiology course chronic aim this review is to present findings published recent years contributed clarifying role nervous neuroendocrine regulation pathophysiologic events associated with cholestasis development. This manuscript organized into two parts. first part offers an overview innervation origin affecting function metabolism. section also reviews effects played by hormones system on growth, survival functional activity cholestasis. In second section, we summarize results some describing growth.
