摘要: Two different TeO2- and ZnO-based nanocomposites were synthesized by a continuous two-step gas phase transport process with pre-deposited Au catalyst at synthetic temperatures. The morphology composition of the TeO2 nanowires showed successive changes ZnO precursor powder increasing temperature, going from to TeO2/ZnO nanocomposites. photoluminescence (PL) spectra these samples indicated that (1) as-synthesized have broad blue emission band 420 nm as well green (540 nm), orange (607 red (723 nm) emissions, (2) display not only narrow violet 380 but also (510 540 645 bands. optical quality two samples, based on intensity ratio (I excitonic/I defect) related transitions deep level defects, has tendency decrease rapidly synthesis temperature. Simple control temperature zone between oxide composites may cause functional, compositional, in product.
