摘要: Breast cancer spreads to the bones, lungs, brain and liver. While mechanisms of breast metastasis bones lungs have been studied characterized, there is little information about molecular basis for brain. The disruption blood barrier (BBB) by metastases triple-negative basal-type cancers, but not Her2/neu positive cancer, was reported recently. To metastasize brain, cells must attach microvascular endothelial (BMECs) invade BBB.
