摘要: This paper presents a working model to estimate the solar photovoltaic potential using high-resolution LiDAR data and Geographic Information Systems. bottom-up approach method has been selected arrive at as this gives better than top-down approach. The novelty of study lies in estimating high resolution classifying rooftop suitable or not for installations based on factors like irradiation, slope orientation. city Apeldoorn Netherlands area. was able successfully locate sites level. In addition, area feasible power output also calculated. We conclude that 319 MWp capacity, which would yield 283.9 GWh/yr relation 304 consumption from residential buildings
