摘要: Abstract The p53 is a well-known tumor suppressor gene that causes cell with damaged DNA to arrest cycle or promote apoptosis. Ras oncogene, and its function switch from an inactive GDP-bound state active GTP-bound after ligand interaction of variety extra cellular receptors. β-Catenin originally has role in E-cadherin-mediated cell–cell adhesion, but stabilization plays important carcinogenesis. There are many reports about mutations the genes various malignancies, few report nasal NK/T-cell lymphoma (N-NKTL). In this study, we analyzed β-catenin 32 cases lymphoma. CD56 EBER-1 positive cells were dissected tissue section using laser capture micro dissection. Genomic corresponding p53, ras beta-catenin amplified by polymerase chain reaction (PCR), detected direct sequencing. As result missense observed four cases, those one case, two cases. Patients mutation showed significantly shorter survival as compared patients without mutation. Therefore, may be for predisposing clinical course
