摘要: In this paper, we propose an asset management system using technologies of Radio Frequency Identification (RFID), Web Geographic Information System (WebGIS) and Short Message Service (SMS) for intelligent assets. The proposed method tracks monitors the changes locations assets shows their statuses on a geographical map, preventing loss due to unclear reasons. movement can be automatically identified RFID technique. corresponding data are transferred by GSM module in real time, enabling spatial information displayed electronic map WebGIS. also facilitates automated notification malfunction alarm through SMS. Preliminary experiments show that improve availability reduce cost dramatically.
