摘要: Mercury partitioning from monoethylene glycol (MEG) during natural gas production is a highly complicated process. Understanding this process will help determine the distribution of mercury species within given industrial so that appropriate removal control systems can be effectively managed. In study, elemental (Hg0) gaseous phase into MEG solutions investigated under standard laboratory conditions. Additionally, dissolved ionic (Hg2+) also atmospheric pressure and room temperature It was found solubility Hg0 in ranged 0 to 60 ppb (ng/mL) with slight increase ∼80 when pH reduced ∼9 ∼6 at temperature. On other hand oxidized retained grade samples (industrial-MEG). However, case industrial-MEG, (HgCl2 salt) unstable approximately 3.6% 10% converting solution leaving as Hg2+, respectively, while balance solution. The dependent not observed experiments were repeated using solutions. These findings better understanding type ratio are partitioned out processing facilities.
