摘要: Elucidation of the sperm-egg interaction at molecular level is one unresolved problems in sexual reproduction, and understanding mechanism crucial solving infertility failed vitro fertilization (IVF). Many interactions form protein-protein (PPIs) mediate membrane interaction. Due to complexity problem such as difficulties analyzing vivo PPIs, many efforts have comprehensively elucidate fusion that fusion. The main purpose this study was reveal possible protein associated function during using a network approach. Different databases been used construct human network. constructed revealed new interactions. These included CD151 CD9 oocyte interact with CD49 sperm, ITGA4 sperm CD63 CD81, respectively, oocyte. results showed different integrins may be involved It also suggested ADAM2 plays role candidate by interacting Interleukin-4 receptor activity, signaling tyrosine kinase manganese ion transmembrane transport activity are major functions disease association analysis indicated defects reflected other networks cardiovascular, hematological, breast cancer diseases. By network, we identified genes protein. Further experimental studies will required confirm significance these computationally resolved genetic links between abnormalities disease.
