摘要: The effects of chaotropic agents on the lamellar to hexagonal II phase transition soy phosphatidylethanolamine were examined. Guanidine hydrochloride, urea, and NaSCN used as agents. In each case, was stabilized by presence agent. case NaSCN, temperature increased more than 60 degrees C. hydrochloride capable substantially reducing aggregation vesicles. These data lead a thermodynamic understanding transition.
