摘要: The cellular reduction of chromate(VI) was studied by electron spin resonance spectrometry. Incubation Chinese hamster V-79 cells with Na2CrO4 resulted in the formation both chromium(V) and chromium(III) complex a manner dependent on time (30 min-2 h) concentration (50–500 μM). Following removal extracellular chromate, level decreased quickly during first hour but more slowly for next hour, whereas remained unchanged, indicating that is ultimate ion this metal cells. Alkaline elution studies demonstrated treatment induced DNA single-strand breaks DNA-protein crosslinks persisted 2 h after metal. These results suggest levels may be associated damage chromium (VI).
