摘要: Cancer is a heterogeneous set of diseases characterized by different molecular and cellular features. Over the past decades, researchers have attempted to grasp complexity cancer mapping genetic aberrations associated with it. In these efforts, contribution mitochondria pathogenesis has tended be neglected. However, more recently, growing body evidence suggests that play key role in cancer. fact, dysfunctional not only contribute metabolic reprogramming cells but they also modulate plethora processes involved tumorigenesis. this review, we describe link between mutations mitochondrial enzymes tumor formation. We discuss hypothesis nuclear DNA could cooperate promote survival an evolving landscape.
