摘要: This paper provides a comprehensive review of the literature on firm specific characteristics influencing knowledge sharing. According to first attempts build theory firm, is best fit exploit (Conner & Prahalad, 1996; Jensen Meckling, 1992; Kogut Zander, 1993).
