摘要: Cryopreservation of spermatozoa is becoming more important because new clinical requirements and current practice. Despite the success sperm cryopreservation this routinely used procedure induces serious detrimental changes in function. Some researchers believe that associated with DNA fragmentation single strand breaks sperm.
