摘要: Cryopreservation of spermatozoa is becoming more important because new clinical requirements and current practice. Despite the success sperm cryopreservation this routinely used procedure induces serious detrimental changes in function. Some researchers believe that associated with DNA fragmentation single strand breaks sperm. Mechanisms cryodamage to human are thought be multifactorial including: cold shock, osmotic stress, intracellular ice crystal formation, oxidative combinations these conditions. Additives showing antioxidative properties reported reduce impact ROS-induced shock damages. Many studies exist as regards effects antioxidants on aimed at improving quality post-thaw semen. Hence, review will clarify results recent applications various numerous research efforts improve spermatozoa. This increase understanding roles concerning mechanisms which enhance resistance
