摘要: In a mass spectrometer, sample ions are produced by using matrix assisted laser desorption with substance that supports spontaneous, non-ergodic ISD fragmentation and light source nanosecond pulses multiple spot beam profile. A plurality of individual time-of-flight spectra recorded from the resulting in such way amplification ion signals spectrometer detector is initially reduced so only masses near range limit recorded. During repeated acquisitions spectra, both increased. By these methods, it possible to evaluate c z fragment lower ranges directly read N-terminal sequences terminus up 80 amino acids beyond, C-terminal more than 60 acids.
