摘要: Epithelial ovarian cancer is one of the major causes death among women. The increasing knowledge about molecular events involved in early stages tumorigenesis may provide basis for management future. In a series 109 patients with epithelial carcinomas FIGO IA-IIC, number clinicopathologic prognostic factors (age, stage, histopathologic type, and tumor grade) were studied relation to biologic p53, bcl-2, bax, which are important regulators apoptosis. Immunohistochemical techniques used. All received adjuvant chemotherapy after primary surgery. Univariate analysis showed that expression p53 was significantly associated grade (P = 0.014), probability persistent disease 0.016), cancer-specific survival rate 0.007). Positive bcl-2 staining endometrioid subtype 0.029) favorable distribution 0.034), but not status. combined p53-bcl-2 related 0.032), 0.011), risk dying due 0.039). bax status factor, p53-bax an association stage 0.006), bcl-2-bax 0.045) 0.022). multivariate Cox analysis, 0.020) independent significant regard rate.
