摘要: Zirconia (ZrO 2 ) nanoparticles with nonstabilized monoclinic and sodium-stabilized cubic phase were produced from zircon sand using the ball mill-aided precipitation route. Characterization a comprehensive study of nanocrystalline ZrO particles expressed by X-ray diffraction, particle size distribution (PSD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, thermal analysis, Brunauer―Emmett―Teller surface area pore fluorescence spectrometry, scanning electron microscopy, transmission microscopy. In this article, influence processing parameters on crystalline phase, size, PSD, aggregation, morphology are reported. The experimental results prove that leads to aggregated particles, which disaggregated ball-milling process. process strongly influences formation uniform-sized spherical high area. Fully an average 64 nm (d 50 specific 126 m /g obtained. addition, 39 so 227 obtained help present process, simple reaction scheme is developed for large-scale production stabilized Zr0 inexpensive precursor sand.
