摘要: miRNAs are single-stranded small RNAs that do not encode proteins. They can combine complementarily with the 3'-UTRs of target gene mRNA molecules to promote targeted degradation or inhibit translation, thereby regulating expression at post-transcriptional level. MiRNAs participate in regulation cell cycling, growth, apoptosis, differentiation, and stress responses. MiRNA-145 (miR-145) is a tumor suppressor targets various tumor-specific genes proteins, influencing related signaling pathways. MiR-145 only regulates invasion, metastasis, but also important for angiogenesis stem proliferation. Here, we review roles mechanisms miR-145 diagnosis treatment malignant tumors. Published data confirm tumors significantly lower than normal tissues overexpression inhibits growth different cells, reduces ability spread, improves sensitivity chemotherapeutic drugs. We conclude potential marker use early prognostic evaluation patients cancer, has role as suppressor, promising cancer candidate.
