摘要: A novel glucose biosensor was developed based on a 4-amino thiophenol/Au nanoparticle/glucose oxidase (GOD)–horseradish peroxidase (HRP)/6-mercapto-1-hexanol-11-mercaptoundecanoic acid/Au electrode. The modified electrode could be used to detect the polymerization of aniline induced by HRP and H2O2 which produced reduction O2 accompanied oxidation into gluconic acid via GOD. With increase glucose, more molecules were then growing number polyaniline (PANI) formed surface, resulted in decrease peak current Fe(CN)63−/4− because PANI hindered electron transfer toward surface. Based Fe(CN)63−/4−, concentration determined accurately selectively. exhibited wide linear range from 16.5 μM 10.0 mM, high sensitivity 41.78 μA mM−1 cm−2 good selectivity. exhibits some advantages over traditional GOD electrodes terms close zero applied potential. Moreover, might as sensor due its electrocatalytic response for H2O2.
