摘要: In this study, an analytical method of hydrophilic interaction liquid chromatography combined with indirect ultraviolet detection for the determination alkyl ammonium ionic cations was developed, and it sample pretreatment technique solid phase extraction in order to be applied analysis environmental water. The retention behavior on column had typical characteristics chromatography, their followed carbon number rule. separation tetraethyl cations, tetrapropyl tetrabutyl were achieved 20 min by using 1.0 mM 1-ethyl-3-methyl imidazolium trifluoroacetate aqueous solution/acetonitrile (40/60, v/v) as mobile phase. limits 0.093, 0.096 0.253 mg L−1, respectively. relative standard deviations time peak area less than 0.5% from seven determinations. reversed ion-pair realized sodium octanesulfonate reagent 90% acetonitrile (v/v) solution eluent. Alkyl Songhua River water Hulan analyzed. results showed that recoveries enrichment effect all good. is simple reliable, which can provide a reference
