摘要: Abstract Oral cancer is a common tumor malignancy with high mortality and poor prognosis worldwide. Quercetin one of the major flavonoids present in our daily diet, which reported to have anti-proliferation apoptotic effects varying cancers, including oral cancer. The aim study find mechanism that underlies role quercetin In this study, cell viability, migration invasion were measured by MTT, trans-well or western blot assays cells. levels microRNA-16 (miR-16) homeobox A10 (HOXA10) tissues cells quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR). interaction between miR-16 HOXA10 was probed luciferase activity, RNA immunoprecipitation (RIP) blot. Results showed suppressed migration, abundances metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) MMP-2 down-regulated reversed addition quercetin. Moreover, overexpression also impaired MMP-9 Besides, targeted its restoration abated miR-16-mediated addition, knockdown effect on progression Collectively, inhibited regulating This finding indicated might be promising for treatment
