摘要: Abstract RA70, which is expressed during neuronal differentiation of P19 EC, highly homologous to human src kinase-associated phosphoprotein ( SKAP55 ). Here we isolated full-length RA70 cDNA. Unlike SKAP55, specifically in thymus and T cells, was ubiquitously various tissues including lung, skeletal muscle, spleen, cell lines monocytic leukemia (U937) but undetectable lymphoma (Jurkat) cells. as well proved be a protein with molecular weight 55 kDa associated SH2 domain Fyn. Interaction between family kinases, Fyn, Hck Lyn, detected monocytes/macrophage-differentiation U937 Thus, like an adaptor the kinases. may play essential role signaling pathway
