摘要: 34 girls 13-24 years of age whose mothers had taken stilbestrol during pregnancy were studied. Only 1 been pregnant and she delivered a healthy child. 2 inter-mentrual bleeding staining. 32 asymptomatic. Vaginal smears obtained the entire vaginal surface was inspected careful examination made for early neoplasms all red areas vagina biopsied mucosa that did not stain by Schiller technic biopsied. Of those exposed in utero 59 24 cervical biopsy specimens obtained. unexposed group 15 speciments spots 19 patients have biopsies because no abnormality observed. remaining: showed congestion 13 adenosis. The smallest speciment measured sq mm largest 21 with 7 average. In none from adenosis detected. erosion present including 9 cases extensive histology resembled except cervix papillary fronds covered endocervical-type epithelium. 8 chronic inflammation.
