摘要: A 70-year-old patient with recurrent bilateral primary intraocular lymphoma (PIOL) was treated local injections of methotrexate and periocular dexamethasone phosphate to both eyes over the course 5 months. Local therapy consisted a cycle each eye 3 intravitreal (200 microg in total volume 0.1 cc) administered on days 1, 5, 8, followed by subtenon injection (7.5 mg 0.3 day 9. This treatment 4 times for right left eye, at 6 week intervals. Electroretinography used assess retinal function prior during regimen. Complete regression lymphomatous infiltrates resolution vitritis observed preservation visual acuity no changes electroretinography. The effect sustained 24 months after termination absence systemic chemotherapy, radiation treatments, or maintenance injections. combined chemotherapy can be treat PIOL, serve as successful palliative patients whom further is contraindicated.
