摘要: The c-myc is a proto-oncogene that manifests aberrant expression at high frequencies in most types of human cancer. C-myc gene amplifications are often observed various cancers as well. Ample studies have also proved has potent oncogenicity, which can be further enhanced by collaborations with other oncogenes such Bcl-2 and activated Ras. Studies on the Ras or genes oncogenicity established several basic concepts disclosed their underlying mechanisms tumor biology, including "immortalization" "transformation". In many cases, these may converge cyclin D1-CDK4 complex. meantime, however, results from c-myc, challenge biology suggest to us immortalized status cells should emphasized. Stricter criteria definitions for malignantly transformed benign culture need facilitate our study formation better link up vitro data animal eventually cancer pathology.
