摘要: Increasing concern has been raised in respect of exposure to bisphenols and triclosan (TCS) due their widespread use. However, little is known about occurrence personal care products (PCPs) or, particularly, dermal uptake following daily application. It therefore necessary evaluate the human health risk TCS via absorption. In this study, 150 PCPs, covering 11 different categories, were collected China. The concentrations seven bisphenol analogues measured, associated risks by contact estimated. High detection frequencies (46.7%) AF (38.7%) found PCPs. highest mean concentration Σ7BPs (sum all bisphenols) was 77.8ngg-1 masks, 86.7ngg-1 hand sanitizers. composition profiles varied among categories. Bisphenol A F generally showed higher concentrations. Combining target substances with usage quantities PCPs other parameters, total estimated intakes uptakes calculated. results that former (12.1 1.06ng·kg-1bwday-1) markedly than latter (1.21 9.58×10-2ng·kg-1bwday-1), which included absorption rates chemicals estimation. Although diet main source, oral ingestion route, for BPA exposure, present study combined those from a European show route thermal paper being contributor when both unconjugated conjugated body are considered. also should not be ignored.
