摘要: Background Numerous studies have shown that miRNA levels are closely related to the survival time of patients with colon, rectal, or colorectal cancer (CRC). However, outcomes different investigations been inconsistent. Accordingly, a meta-analysis was conducted study associations among three types cancers. Materials and methods Studies published in English estimated expression miRNAs curves CRC were identified until May 20, 2017 by online searches PubMed, Embase, Web Science, Cochrane Library two independent authors. Pooled HRs 95% CIs used estimate correlation between overall survival. Results A total 63 relevant articles regarding 13 miRNAs, 10,254 ultimately included. high blood miR141 (HR 2.52, CI 1.68-3.77), tissue miR21 1.31, 1.12-1.53), miR181a 1.52, 1.26-1.83), miR224 2.12, 1.04-4.34), low miR126 1.55, 1.24-1.93) had significantly poor (P<0.05). Conclusion In general, miR21, miR181a, miR224, significant prognostic value. Among these, strong biomarkers prognosis for CRC.
