摘要: B-cell non-Hodgkin’s lymphomas are classified histologically into low-grade, intermediate grade and high-grade varieties. The low B-NHLs consist of small lymphocytic, follicular cleaved mixed categories comprise approximately 25 to 35% newly diagnosed NHL. Low lymphoma is usually disseminated (stage III-IV) at the time diagnosis. disease progresses very slowly without treatment, with a tendency wax wane frequent spontaneous regressions complete remissions [1]. initial response conventional therapies good, however, after period time, relapse occurs each trend for shorter until becomes refractory therapy. Disease acceleration often associated worsening prognosis. median survival 8 years regardless therapeutic modalities employed. A number experimental treatment including bone marrow transplantation, non-specific immune stimulants, cytokines, monoclonal antibodies, colony stimulating factors idiotypic vaccines currently under investigation.
