摘要: The present disclosure describes methods, devices, reagents, and kits for the detection of one or more target molecules that may be in a test sample. described kits, reagents facilitate quantification non-nucleic acid (e.g., protein target) sample by detecting quantifying nucleic (i.e., an aptamer) where aptamer-aptamer interactions are significantly reduced eliminated while maintaining aptamer-target interaction.
