摘要: Methods for preventing the penetration of toxic chemicals through stratum corneum skin a mammal are disclosed which employ, as prevention agent, at least one compound selected from group consisting compounds represented by formula: ##STR1## wherein W 1 is divalent oxygen, sulfur or nitrogen radical, 2 and 3 independently oxygen R' an alkyl radical comprising to 4 carbon atoms, y 0 1, R radicals 10 atoms individually hydrocarbyl containing 20 heteroatom-substituted derivative thereof but not two adjacent may be replaced NR", R" hydrogen R', n integer 5 above formula in ring and/or includes three double bonds.
