摘要: Serial electroencephalograms (EEGs) and somatosensory evoked potentials (SEPs) were carried out in a 36-year-old man with isolated ACTH deficiency. Before treatment glucocorticoids, the EEGs displayed bilateral diffuse 5-6 Hz theta waves, SEPs demonstrated decreased amplitude. Following showed gradual improvement; alpha pattern was on 11th day after an occipital dominant found 83rd treatment. After treatment, also improvement. The amplitude of N20 increased N32 became clearly recognizable. influence glucocorticoids discussed context these observations.(Internal Medicine 35: 227-230, 1996)
