摘要: In this paper we model access selection in heterogeneous network environments as a binary linear optimization problem. The is based on flexible utility function, which allows the integration of various parameters merit. One major advantages our proposal that it considers both willingness end-users to have connectivity just particular moments (according corresponding service patterns), well historical evolution such services (outcome earlier problem instances). We assess feasibility proposed method with an illustrative deployment, embracing technologies and two services, different requirements characteristics. results show appropriate function outer relevance clearly understand goodness obtained performance.
