摘要: Significance: Wound healing is an intricate biological process in which the skin, or any other tissue, repairs itself after injury. Normal wound relies on appropriate levels of cytokines and growth factors to ensure that cellular responses are mediated a coordinated manner. Among many studied context healing, transforming factor beta (TGF-β) thought have broadest spectrum effects. Recent Advances: Many molecular mechanisms underlying TGF-β/Smad signaling pathway been elucidated, role TGF-β has well characterized.
